I keep unchecking "Use SMTP Authentication?" but when I navigate away and come back the box is checked again. I have been unable to receive email using this form. I was successfully using WP-Mail-SMTP but my theme required I use pirate forms. It stopped working once I installed pirate forms so I deactivated WP-Mail-SMTP and still am having trouble. I suspect it's because it keeps defaulting to Use SMTP Authentication.
