SMTP not working with forms

Hi

I have created a basic WP website for a local NonProfit. I am attempting to setup a basic contact form for the public to get into contact with.

My current issue is getting the form to work with SMTP. I have currenlty installed Easy WP SMTP plugin and has setup fine. When i test from the plugin emails work fine but when i go to the Form i’m unable to recieve the email from the form.

i have tried various form builders and reveiving the same problems

at loose end on how to get this to work. Have tried local and external email with no luck.

Help much appreciated.
